Hi I’m Cheryl,

I am passionate about offering non-judgmental and empathetic health care and believe in building a strong therapeutic relationships with you, to ensure a confidence that empowers you to make the changes you are looking for in your life.

By taking a collaborative and client centred approach to the therapeutic process, I assist you to achieve your goals utilising a range of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I have a broad range of experience working with people living with grief, trauma, adjustment disorders, anxiety and depressive disorders, substance abuse and other mental health disorders.

Understanding and incorporating your values into therapy is something that I really enjoy. I take pride in working with people to change their lives and I am passionate about helping you to progress in your understanding and ability to manage your mental health.
