Cheryl Gale

Cheryl is passionate about offering non-judgmental and empathetic health care. She believes in building strong therapeutic relationships with her clients, to ensure a safety and confidence, that empowers people to change their lives.

Taking a collaborative and client centred approach to the therapeutic process, Cheryl assists clients to achieve their goals utilising Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), incorporating mindfulness, Motivation Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Making a difference by understanding and incorporating client values into therapy is something that Cheryl enjoys. Cheryl has a broad range of experience working with people living with grief, trauma, adjustment disorders, anxiety and depressive disorders, substance abuse and other mental health disorders.

Cheryl takes pride in working with her clients to change their lives and is passionate about seeing her client progress in their understanding and ability to manage their mental health.
